Waiters Meetings
The Waiters meet once every two months @ The Cafe Church Space.

Anyone is welcome to attend. However, if matters need to be freely discussed where you may be involved in the outcome, you may be asked to temporarily leave the room!
This being a small community, the Waiters themselves are often involved in the decisions being discussed,and are therefore constantly asking eachother to leave the room!
The agenda for the meetings follows this model:
Meeting Agenda
7.00 pm to 7.30 pm - The Big Picture
Input and reflection on who we are, what our common purpose is and how we have covenanted to cooperate in doing it. May include Bible and prayer!
7.30pm to 8.30pm - Short Reports from Teams (gathered by the Waiters from Mission Team coordinators prior to meetings. Report may be simply "nothing to report". 5 mins each approx.)
8:30pm - 9:45
Focus on particular proposals from Mission Teams/ outside groups.
- Proposals to be presented must be received and read by the Waiters prior to the meeting to be discussed. Because of the long nature of some of these discussions, not all proposals can be discussed, and may have to be postponed to next meeting, though we will be keen to avoid this.
- Any Mission Teams whose proposals require more information from the Service Teams will have one of the Waiters allocated to them to help them sort out the holes in the proposal, and put them in touch relevant Service Teams etc.
9.45pm to 10.00pm - Unheard Voices/ Open Space
10pm – Close with prayer
