September 7 - Dreamscaping Dinner
A communal dinner to discuss and celebrate the stuff the Café Church community has been a part of! Dreamscaping is open to all who are seeking to connect with Café Church, even if you aren't a regular attender.
September 12-14 - Dreamscaping Weekend Away
A weekend away at a beachhouse in Killcare, to share food, wine, and conversation. Stay for the entire weekend or just make a day visit... Please RSVP for the weekend to coordinator@cafechurch.org.au On the Sunday night a film will be screened at Café Church.
September 21 - Dreaming Day @ 2:30pm
This day, from 2:30pm, is the gathering to consider & discuss Café Church 's current focus, envision the future together, and spur one another on toward realising our hopes & dreams for Café Church . The evening will be a creative celebration from 7pm. Come for the afternoon or just for church in the evening or both!
September 28 - Guest Speaker: Donna Mulhearn
Donna Mulhearn is a contemplative Christian pilgrim, peace activist and former human shield in Iraq. In December 2005 she was charged under the Defence (Special Undertakings) Act of 1952 with entering a prohibited area and taking photos of the Pine Gap facility in Central Australia. Donna lives whole-heartedly by the prayer of St Francis of Assisi and will be sharing with us her thoughts on what it really means to love your enemies!
